The Travel Point Delhi provides travel and vehicle rental services. Since our services are booking-based and time-sensitive, returns are handled as cancellations and refunds according to the terms below. Unlike physical goods, transport and travel arrangements involve dedicated resource allocation, vehicle blocking, and driver scheduling, which require a specialized approach to cancellations and financial reversals.

Booking Cancellation

We understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly, and we aim to facilitate modifications smoothly. Customers should inform us as early as possible if they need to cancel or change a booking. It is important to note that cancellation approval and charges may depend on vehicle type, route, booking date, reporting time, and vendor or driver allocation. The closer the cancellation request is to the journey date, the higher the operational loss, which directly influences the applicable cancellation fees..

Refund Eligibility

When a booking is canceled within the permissible timeframe, the financial settlement is calculated with complete transparency. Refunds, where applicable, are processed after deducting cancellation charges, payment gateway charges, taxes, or any expenses already incurred for the confirmed booking. These deductions cover the upfront administrative costs, processing fees, and commitments made to third-party partners or fleet operators to secure your travel arrangements.

No-Show Or Late Cancellation

Timeliness is critical to keeping our fleet running efficiently for all passengers. If the customer is unavailable at the pickup location, does not answer calls, or cancels very close to the scheduled reporting time, the booking may be treated as a no-show and may not be eligible for refund. In such instances, the entire advance payment or booking amount will be forfeited to compensate the driver and cover the vehicle's idle time.

Service Changes

We strive to accommodate flexibility whenever our operational capacity allows. Changes in route, date, time, vehicle type, or passenger requirements are subject to availability and may affect the final fare. Any modifications to the original itinerary must be formally requested and approved, and any additional amount must be paid before or during service as agreed between the customer and our support team.

Refund Timeline

Once a cancellation request is officially accepted and reviewed by our accounts department, the financial reversal will be initiated promptly. Approved refunds are usually processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days, depending on the bank or payment provider. Please note that banking holidays and individual financial institution protocols may occasionally affect the exact date the funds reflect in your account.
