Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide correct pickup details, contact number, travel date, reporting time, route, passenger count, and luggage information. Delays or extra costs caused by incorrect details may be charged to the customer.
Pricing And Payments
Quoted prices are based on the agreed route, time, distance, and vehicle type. Extra kilometers, waiting time, parking, tolls, state taxes, permits, night charges, or route changes may be charged separately unless included in writing.
Travel Rules
Passengers must follow driver instructions related to safety and lawful travel. Illegal goods, unsafe behavior, damage to the vehicle, or misuse of service may result in trip cancellation without refund and additional charges.
Cancellations And Refunds
Cancellation and refund requests are handled as per our Return Policy. Refund eligibility depends on booking status, cancellation time, and expenses already incurred for the service.
Limitation Of Liability
We aim to provide timely and reliable service, but we are not responsible for delays or losses caused by traffic, weather, road closures, government restrictions, accidents, breakdowns, or events beyond our control.
